McKinzie Greve, ESTI
From a young age, McKinzie knew she wanted to have a career that would help others become healthy, confident, and happy. At age ten, she began to explore her dream by frequently shadowing her mother who worked in a hospital. This early exposure to healthcare propelled her to take medical-based classes in high school and beyond. When she started taking anatomy classes at Front Range Community College, she discovered her passion for all things skin.

McKinzie graduated from White Magnolia Advanced Skincare Institute and became a Licensed Aesthetician, but she did not stop there. She furthered her education in aesthetic treatments by attending Rocky Mountain Laser College. She completed their post-graduate program and obtained advanced laser certifications.

McKinzie is passionate about keeping her education current and learning the newest innovative treatments. She is eager to achieve the best results and has a meticulous eye for detail. She loves to build relationships with her patients so she can partner with them to enhance their confidence and overall wellness.

In her free time, McKinzie loves to attend kickboxing classes, paddleboard, and go boating. She enjoys traveling and is always finding new places that spark her interest. On weekends you can find her enjoying time with friends and family, including her cat Kona.
Taylor Spero, RN
Taylor Spero, RN, is a Registered Nurse with a passion for helping women feel confident, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves. Since beginning her nursing career in 2019, Taylor has been dedicated to supporting patients through both their physical and emotional well-being, bringing a compassionate, whole-person approach to every interaction.
In 2023, she expanded her practice into medical aesthetics, combining her clinical expertise with a lifelong appreciation for beauty, wellness, and the transformative power of self-care. Taylor specializes in aesthetic treatments that enhance natural beauty while honoring each individual’s unique features and goals.
As a Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, Taylor understands the profound connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Her approach integrates evidence-based aesthetic medicine with a holistic perspective, recognizing that true confidence extends beyond appearance alone. She believes that feeling your best physically can create meaningful shifts emotionally and spiritually as well.
Whether providing aesthetic treatments or supporting patients on their mental health journey, Taylor is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her mission is simple: to help women feel confident, supported, and well—inside and out.
Courtney Prabhakar, RN, MSN
Courtney McSpadden Prabhakar, RN, MSN, is a Registered Nurse passionate about providing aesthetic treatments for her patients. Also known as “Nurse Coco” by her patients and friends, she started her career working in OB/GYN but pivoted to working in aesthetics in 2011. Courtney was the lead clinician for two successful medical spas in San Francisco before moving to Colorado in 2018. She loves performing injections and offering laser and body treatments. Known fondly as “The Gentle Injector,” Courtney tries to ensure her patients are as comfortable as possible throughout their treatment. She was rated #1 on Yelp.com in San Francisco for Botox and CoolSculpting. Courtney graduated from UCLA with a degree in Spanish and Linguistics, and she graduated from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California, with a Master of Science in Nursing degree. Courtney says she feels immense gratitude to be able to do what she loves as a career.
Courtney is a mom to two young girls and a dog, Lucky. She enjoys sleeping in late, tending to her many plants, playing with her dog, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
John L. Bender, MBA, MD, FAAFP
"My approach to skin care and beauty is understanding that overall wellness is important to everyone’s self-confidence. A scar or weathered face may be distinctive, but can also be distracting.
